TOP TEN ADDITION TURNS HIMSELF INTO AUTHORITIES 
Nashville, TN- Today one of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most 
Wanted fugitives turned himself into authorities after finding out he was added to the list 
last week. 
Roymontez Markece Mayberry, 23, 1212 South Graycroft 
Avenue, Nashville, TN was wanted on four counts of 
Aggravated Rape/Aiding and Abetting, one count of 
Especially Aggravated Kidnapping with a Deadly Weapon, 
Criminal Trespassing and Parole Violation out of the 
Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. He walked into 
the police department at approximately 1:30 pm today and 
surrendered to law enforcement. 
Mayberry and an accomplice are accused of raping a 
woman after giving her a ride to her residence on 
December 2, 2007. The pair stopped in two different 
alleys and raped the victim in the car in the 12th and 
Edgehill area of Nashville, TN. 
Mayberry has a lengthy criminal history that includes drug violations, writing worthless 
checks, evading arrest and statutory rape.
