1. The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold a work session Tuesday, July 5, 2022 – 5:00 p.m., at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street.

The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 5:50 p.m. at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street, followed by their regular meeting at 6:00p. The public hearing will be to hear comments or opinions concerning the following:
1. Annexation Resolution 22-19 to annex into the City of Lewisburg, a 0.32-mile portion of Holly Grove Road beginning at the current city limits extending out to 1438 Holly Grove Road as requested by the Marshall County Highway Department and recommended by the City Planning & Zoning Commission.
2. Ordinance 22-20, an Ordinance to approve the request by owner consent to rezone 1438 Holly Grove Road from R-1, Low-Density Residential to (HDPUD) – High Density Planned Unit Development and approve the preliminary master plan for Holly Grove Meadows, Mp. 057, Pcl:105.00 consisting of approximately 70.38 acres.
3. Ordinance 22-21, an Ordinance to amend Title 9, Chapter 9 of the Municipal Code establishing an annual “No Permit” required Holiday for Yard Sales within the corporate limits of the City of Lewisburg.
