|USDA Looking To Lease New Office Space|
The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Marshall County, Tennessee, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 3,220 contiguous rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,800 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space, together with 25 on-site paved parking spaces.
DELINEATED AREA: The area of consideration must be within and bounded on the North by: Old Rock Crusher Rd, then on the northern boundary of the Lewisburg City Limits until it reached Snake Creek; on the East by: Snake Creek between Hwy 31A (to the north) and Industrial Drive; on the South by: Old Lake Rd (to the west) then the southern boundary of the Lewisburg City Limits until it reached Snake Creek; and on the West by: CSX Railroad (Nashville/Huntsville Line).
LEASE TERM: The term of the lease will be for ten (10) years.
OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within twelve (12) months of lease award.
OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
