As of 2 p.m. Friday, September 4th, according to the TN Department of Health, Marshall County’s confirmed cases of the COVID-19 virus is now at 576 with 4 fatalities and 464 are inactive or recovered. Statewide 2,279,035 people have been tested with 1,837 deaths. A total of 143,156 people are inactive or recovered. The age group with the most positive test results is 21-30 years old with 34,794, 31-40 years old with 27,552 and 41-50 years old with 24,167. Bedford County has 1,144 confirmed cases with 14 fatalities and 1,048 are inactive or recovered. Maury County has 1,831 confirmed cases with 17 fatalities and 1.570 are inactive or recovered. Giles County has 467 confirmed cases with 15 fatalities and 424 are inactive or recovered and Lincoln County has 438 confirmed cases with 1 fatality and 397 are inactive or recovered.
