The South-Central Human Resource Agency, phone 931-359-6393, announced Friday, February 14th that the U.S. Department of Agriculture Commodities will be distributed on Tuesday, February 18th from 10 am to noon to eligible area residents on a first come, first serve basis. The distribution will be held at Hopetown located at 330 5th Ave North in Lewisburg.
Eligibility will be based on total household income based that is within the income guidelines. Anyone receiving aid from one of the following programs is eligible for USDA Commodities: SNAP, Families First, SSI, LIHEAP or proof of residency in Public Housing.
