1. The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold a work session Tuesday, December 6, 2022 – 5:00 p.m., at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street.
2. The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 5:50 p.m. at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street, followed by their regular meeting at 6:00p. The public hearing will be to hear comments or opinions concerning the following:

Annexation Resolution 22-36, a Resolution to annex approximately 146 acres and to rezone 149.92 acres to Low-Density Residential Planned Unit Development (LDRPUD) located from Holly Grove Road to Finley Beech Road as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Commission (Spring Valley Estates). 3. Ordinance 22-37, an Ordinance to amend the City Zoning Ordinance, Article V, Sections; 5.055.3 (Classifications & Types of Planned Unit Developments), 5.055.4 (Permitted Activities & Uses) and 5.055.7 (Overall densities & lot coverage for residential activities in planned unit developments) removing language relating to High-Density Residential Planned Unit Development (HDRPUD) until further notice.
4. Annexation Resolution 22-22. A request by owner consent to annex 23.85 acres and zone to “R-1” Low Density Residential certain territory and to incorporate a portion of the same into the corporate boundaries of the City of Lewisburg located on West Ellington Parkway, (Map,056, Pcl:069.00.) Owners Talitha B. & Joe B. Liggett, represented by Developer Blake Arnold.
5. Resolution 22-50, adopting a Plan of Services for the annexation of property described as West Ellington Ridge Subdivision (West Ellington Parkway) Map,056, Pcl:069.00, approx. 23.85 acres. Record Book: 667; Pg.766, office of Marshall County Register of Deeds.
3. The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold their regular monthly meeting, Tuesday, December 13, 2022 – 6:00 p.m. at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street.

4. Lewisburg Gas Dept. Monthly Board Meeting will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022, at 3:30 P.M., at 505 N. Ellington Pkwy.
5. All offices of the City of Lewisburg will be closed on Friday, December 23rd and Monday, December 26th in observation of the Christmas Holidays. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, December 27th with regular hours.
6. The Budget Committee for the City of Lewisburg will meet on Tuesday, December 27th at 2:00 p.m. at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 E. Church Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SPECIAL CALL MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LEWISBURG is to be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street at 3:00p.m. The purpose of the Special Call Meeting will be for considering and taking such action as the Council may deem necessary and to the public interest relative to the following item (s) of business:
a. Discuss proposed 24/72 hour shift for Lewisburg Fire Department.
b. Discuss funding for new pool heater for the Lewisburg Recreation Center.
c. Discuss City Treasurer position.
8. All offices of the City of Lewisburg will be closed on Friday, December 30th and Monday, January 2nd in observation of the New Year’s Holidays. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023, with regular hours.
