Consider approval of 2nd and final reading of Ordinance 25-06, an ordinance by owner request to rezone approximately 3.53 acres more or less, Map 064O, Group D, Parcel 032.00 located at 560 East Commerce Street from “R-3” (High-Density Residential) to “C-2” (Intermediate Business) as favorable recommendation by Planning Commission by vote of 6-0.
