8. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE MARSHALL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
A public hearing will be held on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at the Marshall County Courthouse Annex Lewisburg, Tennessee, room 2204.
Public comments are to be heard on the amendments proposing:
A. Amending the Marshall County Zoning Resolution: Dwellings per lot and customary home occupation.
B. The addition to the Marshall County Zoning Resolution: Accessory dwelling: A subordinate building (not the main building), the use of which is incidental to that of a principal building and located on the same lot therewith. A single-wide mobile home shall not be allowed as an accessory structure under any circumstances.
C. The addition to the Marshall County Zoning Resolution: Accessory use: A use customarily incidental, appropriate, and subordinate to the principal use of land or buildings and located upon the same lot there.
