Marshall County Meetings, July 2025

1. The Marshall County Building Committee will meet on Monday, July 7th at 10:00 am. This meeting will be held at the Courthouse Annex Room 2204.

2. The Marshall County Opioid Abatement Committee will meet on Tuesday, July 8th at 5:00 pm. This meeting will be held at the Courthouse Annex Room 2204.

3. A special call meeting of the Marshall County Budget Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 9th at 9:00 am. This meeting will be held at the Courthouse Annex Room 2204.

4. The Marshall County Nominating Committee will meet on Thursday, July 10th at 9:00 am. This meeting will be held at the Courthouse Annex Room 2204.

5. The Marshall County Solid Waste Committee will meet on Thursday, July 10th at 5:00 pm. This meeting will be held at 611 Hawkins Drive, Lewisburg, TN.

6. The Marshall County Board of Public Utilities will hold their regular monthly meeting Tuesday, July 15, 2025, 9:00 am at 624 West Commerce Street, Lewisburg, TN in the Doug Rogers Board Room.

"In 2013, the Lewisburg Animal Shelter Volunteers began a twice-weekly program on WJJM called “Marshall County Pet Patrol”. The purpose was two-fold, first to talk about new intakes with the hope of finding their rightful owners and second, to help find adopters by describing all of our current residents in detail. The results have far exceeded our expectations, and thanks in a big way to our radio exposure our adoption rates have increased significantly. Thank you to the entire staff at WJJM, and our sponsor, Veterinary Services of Chapel Hill…together we are saving the lives of precious fur babies."
