Schedules changes for the MARSHALL COUNTY COURTHOUSE
General Sessions Civil Court-Monday, January 26th at 1 p.m. is rescheduled to Monday, March 9th at 1 p.m.

General Sessions Criminal and Child Support-Tuesday, January 27th at 9 a.m. is rescheduled to
Tuesday, February 17th at 9 a.m. Questions for General Sessions may be directed to the Clerk’s office at 359-1312.

Juvenile Court-Monday, January 26th at 9 a.m. has been rescheduled by individual agreement or moved to zoom. Please contact the Youth Service for questions at 359-4823.

Circuit Court: The Jury Trial for Circuit Court on Monday, January 26th will be rescheduled to a future date.
Please call the Jury Line at 931-359-0576 for jury updates.

Budget Committee Meeting scheduled for Monday, January 26th at 5:15 pm has been Postponed to Monday, February 2nd Courthouse Annex Room 2204

Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, January 26th at 5:30 pm has been Postponed to Monday, February 2nd Courthouse Annex Room 2204

Commission Meeting scheduled for Monday, January 26th at 6:00 pm has been Postponed to Monday, February 2nd, Courthouse Annex Room 2204

The Marshall County Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, and Hardison Annex will be open for regular business hours on Wednesday, January 28th

The Marshall County Probation Office will be open for regular business hours on Wednesday, January 28th

The Marshall County Building Codes and Zoning Office will be open for regular business hours on Wednesday, January 28th

"In 2013, the Lewisburg Animal Shelter Volunteers began a twice-weekly program on WJJM called “Marshall County Pet Patrol”. The purpose was two-fold, first to talk about new intakes with the hope of finding their rightful owners and second, to help find adopters by describing all of our current residents in detail. The results have far exceeded our expectations, and thanks in a big way to our radio exposure our adoption rates have increased significantly. Thank you to the entire staff at WJJM, and our sponsor, Veterinary Services of Chapel Hill…together we are saving the lives of precious fur babies."
