The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold a regular monthly work session on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 E. Church Street.
The Airport Board of the City of Lewisburg will meet Monday, July 13th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at Lewisburg Ellington Airport, 1877 Franklin Pike.

a. Consider approval of second and final reading of Ordinance 26-07, an ordinance to amend Lewisburg Municipal Code Title 20, Chapter 7 deleting in its entirety of the Residential Landlord Registration.
b. Consider approval of second and final reading of Ordinance 26-08, an ordinance to amend Lewisburg Municipal Code Title 10, Chapter 1, Section 10-110 authorizing the City Manager to adjust and direct the per diem boarding fee, provided that such fee shall not exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) per day.
c. Consider approval of second and final reading of Ordinance 26-09, an ordinance to amend Lewisburg Municipal Code Title 3, Chapter 1, Section 3-102 regarding the electronic citation fee and retitling the section and renumbering the remaining subsection.
d. Consider approval of second and final reading of Ordinance 26-10, an ordinance to rezone by owner’s request (James & Thomas Throneberry, Cathey Hudson) and contracted purchaser (Wendal Miller) of about 15.70 acres unaddressed at Franklin Road from R-2 (Medium-Density Residential) to C-2 (Intermediate Business). This is part of Tax Map 057 P, Group A, Parcel 20.00.
e. Consider approval of second and final reading of Ordinance 26-11, an ordinance to rezone by owner’s request (William H. Coble, Jr. & Veeda Kielbasa) of about 113.05 acres at unaddressed and 1213 Globe Road from R-1 (Low-Density Residential) to I-2 (Industrial Park). This is Tax Map 069, Parcels 011.00, 011.01, 011.02, 055.00, 056.00.
f. Consider approval of second and final reading of Ordinance 26-12, an ordinance to rezone by owner’s request (Mohsen Sarfehjoo) of about 0.97 acres at 219 2nd Avenue South from I-1 (Light Industrial) to C-2 (Intermediate Commercial). This is Tax Map 064O, Group F, Parcel 002.00.
6) New Business:
a. Consider approval of first reading of an Ordinance 26-13, a zoning ordinance amendment to Article V and Chart 1 of the City of Lewisburg Zoning Ordinance to add the RS-30 (Residential Single-family 30,000 sf) District and RS-20 (Residential Single-family 20,000 sf) District. Received a favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission at the June 16, 2026, meeting.
b. Consider approval of first reading of an Ordinance, to name a bridge located on East Church and intersection of North Ellington Parkway as “Willie J. Mitchell” Bridge.
