a. Consider approval of Resolution 26-03, to submit application to the TDOT Traffic Signal Modernization Program grant up to $125,000 for modernization of exiting traffic signal equipment or operations.
b. Consider approval of Resolution 26-04, to submit application to Community Development Block Grant up to $1,000,000 with a local match of 14%. The grant funding will support infrastructure to support local road/street improvement projects.
c. Consider approval of Resolution 26-05, to submit application to Tennessee Valley Authority Workforce Development Grant (Round 5) up to $250,000 with a local match of 50%. The grant supports funding for industrial equipment that will enhance workforce ready skill sets.
d. Consider approval of Resolution 26-06, to submit application to Select Tennessee Site Development Grant up to $5,000,000 with a local match of 30%. The grant provides funding for preparation and development of industrial sites for future economic development opportunities.
e. Consider approval of Resolution 26-07, to accept Cooper Lane and Southview Drive within Southview Section 4 for City of Lewisburg ownership and maintenance. Favorable recommendation by Planning Commission on February 17, 2026, meeting.
f. Consider approval of Ordinance 26-01, for a Zoning Ordinance amendment to Article II, Section 2.020 and Article V, Section 5.060, Chart 1 to allow Automobile/Motor Vehicle Body Shop and Automobile/Motor Vehicle Repairs and Servicing in I-1 (Light Industrial) and I-2 (Industrial Park) districts requested by James Amerson-Vintage Dream Machines, LLC. (661 & 665 Garrett Parkway) Favorable recommendation by Planning Commission on February 17, 2026, meeting.
g. Consider approval of Ordinance 26-02, a Zoning Ordinance amendment recommendation to Article VII, Section 7.030 to establish requirements for building permit submittal requested by Planning staff. Favorable recommendation by Planning Commission on February 17, 2026, meeting.
h. Consider approval of Ordinance 26-03, to amend Ordinance 25-15 Budget Amendment No. 1 adopted November 10, 2025, due to correct typographical errors in Budget Amendment No. 1.
i. Consider approval of appointment of Tracy Harris to the Community Development Board until current term expires on June 30, 2028. This appointment comes at the recommendation of Mayor Jim Bingham for Council approval.
j. Discussion and consideration of a resolution or agreement to address Brynlee Court.
