- Discussion and consider the approval of the transfer of property owned by the City of Lewisburg, located at 218 West Commerce Street, to the Lewisburg Industrial Development Board.

Director of Economic Development Clint Williams - Discussion and consider the request by Planning Staff for a Zoning Ordinance amendment to Article IV, to add Section 4.110 Mini-Warehouses Supplement Regulations, and Article II, Section 2.020, Definitions, to add performance standards and design standards for mini-warehouses in C-2 and Industrial districts. Favorable recommendation by Planning Commission on August 18, 2026, meeting.

Director of Planning & Codes Richard Donovan - Discussion Lewisburg Water Plant Expansion Project.
Councilman Linda Thomas - Discussion and consider amending Title 3 of the Lewisburg Municipal Court by deleting Chapters 1 through 3 in their entirety and substituting in lieu of new Chapters 1 through 4 to establish the jurisdiction, administration, and operations of the City Court. Also to set the Municipal Court Cost.
