The Marshall County Board of Public Utilities will hold a Special Called Meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to discuss the Town of Chapel Hill water purchase agreement. 4. The Marshall County Budget Committee will meet on Wednesday, April 22nd at 8:30 am. This meeting will be held at the Courthouse Annex Room 2204.
5. A public hearing will be held on Monday, April 27th at 5:30 p.m. at the Marshall County Courthouse Annex in room 2204, Lewisburg, TN. Public Comments will be heard on the rezoning of several properties. All interested parties are invited to attend. This request will be on the County Commission agenda for consideration. A copy of these resolutions may be obtained at the County Clerk’s Office, for further information contact Marshall County Zoning.
6. The Marshall County Board of Commissioners regular monthly meeting will be held at the Courthouse Annex Room 2204 at 6 p.m. following a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 27th.
7. The Marshall County Emergency Communications District Board of Directors will have their regular scheduled monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the Marshall County EOC office located at 230 College St., Lewisburg, TN.
