3. The Mayor and Council of the City of Lewisburg will hold their regular monthly council meeting, Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street.

5) Old Business:
a. Consider approval of second and final reading of Ordinance 26-05, an ordinance adopting the annual budget and tax rate for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.
6) New Business:
a. Consider approval of appointment of Paul Taylor to the Lewisburg Water & Wastewater Board for a 2-year term which starts July 1, 2026. This appointment comes at the recommendation of Mayor Jim Bingham for Council approval.
b. Consider approval of Resolution 26-13, a resolution to name basketball court located at Jones Park as “Louis Conner Court”. This received favorable recommendation by the Parks & Recreation Board.
c. Consider approval of first reading of Ordinance 26-06, an ordinance amending the City of Lewisburg Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026 (Amendment #2).
d. Consider approval of first reading of Ordinance 26-07, an ordinance to amend Lewisburg Municipal Code Title 20, Chapter 7 deleting in its entirety of the Residential Landlord Registration.
e. Consider approval of first reading of Ordinance 26-08, an ordinance to amend Lewisburg Municipal Code Title 10, Chapter 1, Section 10-110 authorizing the City Manager to adjust and direct the per diem boarding fee, provided that such fee shall not exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) per day.
f. Consider approval of first reading of Ordinance 26-09, an ordinance to amend Lewisburg Municipal Code Title 3, Chapter 1, Section 3-102 regarding the electronic citation fee and retitling the section and renumbering the remaining subsection.

5. The Lewisburg Water & Wastewater Board will hold their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at Lewisburg Water Department, 100 Water Street.
6. The City of Lewisburg Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in their regular session on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at the City of Lewisburg, 131 East Church Street.
7. The Budget Committee for the City of Lewisburg will meet on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 E. Church Street.
8. Lewisburg Electric System will hold their regular monthly meeting Monday June 29th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the Lewisburg Electric System, located at 599 West Ellington Pkwy.
